How to use EFT for manifestation

Start tapping: Using two or more fingers, tap on the following points: the top of the head, the eyebrows, the side of the eyes, under the eyes, under the nose, under the mouth, under the collarbone, and the monkey point. As you tap, repeat the affirmation, "Even though I have this belief [insert limiting belief], I deeply and completely accept myself."
Repeat the tapping sequence: Repeat the tapping sequence several times, while focusing on the limiting belief and rating your level of discomfort after each round.
Replace the limiting belief with a positive affirmation: Once you have reduced your level of discomfort, replace the limiting belief with a positive affirmation that aligns with your goal. For example, "I am worthy and capable of achieving my goal."
Continue tapping: Repeat the tapping sequence, focusing on the positive affirmation and rating your
